Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of application
All sales and deliveries are subject to the following terms and conditions. The purchase conditions of the buyer are not binding for us. Oral agreements have no validity.

2. Purchase Conditions
The company STAMPEX delivers according to its current price list and shipping conditions. The minimum order value for purchases is EUR 21.00 (value of goods excluding shipping costs). The buyer incurs no additional fees for products that we subsequently ship.

3. Payment Terms
(1) The delivered goods remain our property until payment in full.
(2) We can only accept the terms of payment offered within the framework of the order.

4. Shipment and Transfer of Risk
The shipment is effected at the risk of the company STAMPEX. The recipient must report shipment damages immediately. The recipient is required to inspect the products immediately upon receipt for completeness, correct wording on the stamps, and/or possibly recognizable damages.
We will to invoice an extra charge for address verification for packages within Germany, in cases in which the recipient can not be identified. Nevertheless, a return fee of 5,00 € will be charged in the case of a return shipment

Errors are annoying but human. Of course, we replace incorrect or defective products. We can process defect notices only after prior consultation. If it is our fault, we will send a new stamp plate as soon as possible. Therefore, please do not send us back the stamp.

If you use this online function, we will immediately send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (via email), containing information on the content of the notice of withdrawal as well as the date and time of its receipt.

Consequences of the revocation

In the event that you have revoked this contract, we are required to immediately repay to you at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification on the revocation of this contract is received by us, all the payments that we have received from you, including shipment costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of shipment other than the inexpensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
